I had a bit of trouble getting my eSIM to connect at first, but the help guide actually did the trick. It took me a few minutes to figure out which setting was off, and I did have to restart my phone twice, so it wasn’t totally seamless. But the instructions were clear, the support reply was easy to follow, and everything ended up working fine. Overall, happy with the experience.

I used the hotspot all day and it didn’t drop once, which surprised me. I was ready to fuss with extra settings, but that ended up being unnecessary. Happy with it overall.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the app did feel a little slow one time, which was mildly frustrating in the moment, but overall it worked well for me and I’d use it again.

Topping up on Alosim Innovations is definitely easy enough, and I do like that I don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it done. The app lays out the options clearly, which helps. That said, I’ve been a bit disappointed with how annoying it can be to find the same plan again, and the prices don’t always feel like a great deal. It works fine overall, but I expected it to be a little smoother

I ended up needing to cancel my eSIM order because I realized I’d chosen the wrong plan... totally my mistake. The cancel option wasn’t super easy to spot at first, so I just reached out to support.

They got back to me the next day and clearly explained what info they needed. After that, the refund was approved, and the money showed up back on my card a few days later.

It wasn’t perfect, I do wish the whole thing moved a bit faster! But it was handled fairly, and it didn’t turn into a big hassle.

It stayed connected most of the time for me, with only one or two drops. Based on my experience, I’d say it’s generally a dependable connection.

The service itself worked fine, but the billing stuff really rubbed me the wrong way. Not a terrible experience, but the lack of transparency was annoying.

Most of the time the signal is stable, which is great, but it does annoy me when it randomly dips because I don’t have the patience to keep dealing with that.
